Our getready4NETZ trainee program is for all those who do not know exactly in which area they would like to start with us after graduation. Within 18 to 24 months, you will therefore take part in various project work, build up a network and develop yourself in a targeted manner before you fill your desired position at Netze BW.

Interns at Netze BW work full-time, i.e. 38 hours per week.
As a working student, you are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester and a maximum of 48 hours per week during the lecture-free period. On average, our students work around 15 hours per week.

No. Netze BW only employs enrolled students who are not on leave of absence in working student/intern positions and for the preparation of final theses. Your final exam (submission of your thesis or date of your last exam) is decisive for your graduation date.

An internship at Netze BW lasts a minimum of eight weeks and a maximum of up to six months. Depending on the examination regulations, writing a thesis usually takes between six weeks and six months.
The specific topic of your thesis will be discussed in a possible interview. The departments present topics to you and you have the opportunity to place your desired topics. You will then discuss the finalized topic with your supervisor at the university.
The amount of remuneration for working students and interns depends on your progress in your studies, the type of internship and the duration.
