Depending on the activity and location, our employees have the option of working from home in coordination with their manager. In addition, there is the option of mobile working in the sense of location-independent working thanks to mobile devices provided by us.

At Netze BW, we do not agree on a contractually defined probationary period. During the first six months of employment, a collectively agreed notice period of six weeks to the end of the month applies. After the first six months, the German Protection Against Dismissal Act (Kündigungsschutzgesetz) comes into effect.
